New Generation of Home Amenities

Homebuyers today have evolved from those of the past. The homebuyer of the past was looking for the perfect starter home for a family. This type of home looked similar to the Brady Bunch house-enough square footage to comfortably fit 2.5 kids (well, six kids in the case of the Brady Bunch), amenities such as an oven and a washing machine, and countertops made of whatever was available at the time, regardless of the material.
