Cooperative Short Sales Still Going Strong

It is well known that the short sale process can be laden with twists, turns, and long wait periods. Bank of America saw how drawn out the short sale process could be so it implemented a new, streamlined short sale process. The change came out approximately three years ago but is still going strong. It was initially set up as a pilot program and because it was beneficial, particularly to sellers, it is now a set program.
